We would like to invite all samourais members to the annual general members meeting (GMM) of ESBV Samourais. The meeting will take place this Thursday the 29th of august 2019 and starts at 21:10. The general members meeting will be held at the conference room of the student sports center Eindhoven (SSCE).

During the general members meeting board changes will be officiated, this years reckoning and next years budget will be discussed and you have the opportunity to influence the outcome of discussed items by giving your opinion on various topics with respect to Samourais.

As a member you should have received an e-mail with last years general members meetings minutes, the coming meetings agenda, this years reckoning, and next years budget.

Afterwards there will be an opportunity to have a nice social drink! We hope to see many of you in the general members meeting!
